"Buying quite often some chocolate bars in the 7/11 I never knew that Cacao trees feel them also good in Thailand.
So its great that now life in Nakhon Si Thammarat gave us as a chocolate lovers a chance to make our special-unique-natural-organic chocolate! The difference between that homemade chocolate and the one from the shops is so huge that my English is not enough to describe it. But its more or less enough to briefly show the full process how to create your own chocolate, syrup and special shakes .

Briefly about the trees in place
Big tree - 7 years old and more
Our farm has few types of Cacao trees (Theobroma cacao) - the visible difference mostly in a forms of cocoa pods - some of them are narrow and streamlined, and some of pods are more bellied, round and bigger in size. We didn't find any difference in taste yet, however have the preferences in fruit forms.
Young Cocoa tree - 3-6 years
Cocoa tree up to 7 years still looks like a sapling, but already gives the harvest. A little patience and care, and it will give us more chocolate! Now we creating the promotional offer to own some of those trees for less price - and be a member of our club.
Charm of small cocoa tree
Cocoa trees grows very slowly and different from others - young sprout getting stronger internally - 1-year old tree looks same as 1-month old in height. Only if you will stoop down you'll see the changes - its not a sprout, its a little tree, and its make me smile!
