"ThaSolei Maya" - classic recipe of chocolate in 4 steps

    Simple, delicious and well-balanced recipe of dark creamy chocolate.  Its  includes:

• 4 parts of shelled cocoa beans;
• 1,5 parts of palm and cane sugar;
• 3 parts of fresh cream;
• 1,5 parts of fresh milk.

Cocoa beans - roast and grind

1. Roast, shell and grind the cocoa beans;
2. Boil milk with sugar,  pour cream to it;
3. add the cocoa and heat for few minutes, continuisly stiring;
4. put away from fire, keep in fridge and enjoy the taste!

Classiс dark chocolate

1.Heat the sugar with milk and small amount of milk powder to boil;
2.add the cocoa powder, continiously stiring;
​3.When there are no loquid will  remains - put away from fire and cool it.
